Regulation & Professional Standards

NLS upholds the integrity of the profession by supervising admission processes, promoting ethical conduct and providing clear practice guidance. We work with the Council to investigate complaints, manage disciplinary matters fairly, and publish governance materials that help members comply with the Legal Practitioners Act and accepted professional standards.
